These Terms and Conditions govern the use of FixMyTyreNow services and website. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

FixMyTyreNow provides mobile tyre repair, replacement, and roadside assistance services across London.

2. Services Provided

We offer mobile tyre services including but not limited to:

  • Emergency tyre replacement
  • Puncture repair
  • Run-flat tyre services
  • Mobile tyre fitting
  • Wheel balancing

All services are delivered at the location provided by the customer at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Call-Out Fee

When a booking is made, a call-out (booking) fee is charged to secure the appointment and dispatch our mobile technician.

This booking fee covers:

  • Reservation of your time slot
  • Deployment of technician and vehicle
  • Travel to your specified location
  • Initial inspection and consultation

The booking fee is non-refundable under the conditions outlined below.

4. Service Process

Our service operates as follows:

  • The customer provides location, vehicle, and service details at the time of booking
  • Our technician arrives at the specified location with necessary tools and equipment
  • An inspection is carried out and the total service cost is confirmed with the customer
  • Work will only proceed after customer approval
  • Upon completion, the remaining balance is collected
  • An electronic invoice is issued to the customer

5. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

The booking fee is strictly non-refundable in the following situations:

  • If the customer is not present at the agreed location at the scheduled time
  • If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete location details
  • If the customer refuses to proceed with the service after technician arrival
  • If the customer declines to pay the remaining balance required to complete the service
  • If access to the vehicle is not possible upon arrival

By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Being present at the agreed time and location
  • Ensuring safe and legal access to the vehicle
  • Approving the service before work begins
  • Paying the remaining balance upon completion

7. Pricing and Payments

All prices are communicated transparently before work begins.

  • The booking fee is paid in advance
  • The remaining balance is payable after service completion
  • Payments may be processed via secure third-party providers

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual service required differs from the initial booking description.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their booking with reasonable notice.

However:

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of booking fee
  • Repeated rescheduling may not be accepted

9. Limitation of Liability

FixMyTyreNow will not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Pre-existing damage to tyres or vehicles
  • Issues arising from customer-provided incorrect information

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

10. Safety and Compliance

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:

  • The environment is unsafe
  • The repair is not legally or technically permitted
  • The tyre condition is beyond safe repair

In such cases, alternative solutions may be offered where possible.

11. Corporate and Subscription Services

For business clients using subscription-based services:

  • Separate agreements and service terms may apply
  • Priority response and scheduled maintenance may be included
  • Billing may be handled on a monthly basis

12. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
